How this fits together

We are using a federation model to understand and develop the relationship between our 15 churches in the Ministry Area.

A central group council sets our overall policy, budgets and parameters for values and vision.

We then support and encourage congregations to make plans to implement one or two of the aims in each strategy heading in their contexts.
